GPL iT styles are excellent options for the offshore and blue water sailor. Mainsails and heavy air genoas made from GPL iT fabrics will exhibit less wear from reefing and general use. Our proprietary light taffeta is encapsulated between two layers of film and treated with an anti-microbial additive to help restrict mildew growth. Ultraviolet inhibitors are also added to each layer of the laminate adhesives to help protect the underlying fibers from UV degradation.
