It features stainless steel firebox with replaceable liner panels, a removable ash tray drawer and an adjustable flame viewing grill for a cheery fire place effect. This stove is a great feature for your boat for ambiance and a cozy environ- ment. On small boats it can be used as a heating source. This stove uses 3 inch diameter flue components. Use with Dickinson stainless steel flue pipe, 45 degree elbows, deck-fittings and exhaust caps. A cast iron flue damper is required to get the best out of your solid fuel heater. Installation guidelines require a minimum 4 foot flue rise and heat clearances of 6 inches or a min of 2 inches to an insulated surface. See the owner's manual for details. Wood, charcoal, peat, stove pellets and other fuels can be used with this heater. Drift wood can be used but will shorten the lifespan of the heater and the liner due to the salt. Engineered firewood like "presto- log" can be used as long as they are not "BTU enhanced" or "super hot burning" as these are impreg- nated with fuel oil and burn too hot.
