Introduction
Selfrighting liferafts by Deutsche Schlauchboot (DSB) are designed and manufactured in compliance with the 1996 Amendments to the SOLAS 1974 Convention, including the International Life-saving Appliance Code (LSA-Code). They also meet the European Council Directive 96/98/EC on Marine Equipment as amended.

Approvals
The liferafts have an EC-Type Examination Certificate from a European notified body with identification number 0736. They are approved for use in several countries including Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, France, Denmark, Italy, Norway, Iceland, and Poland.
