TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OILY WATER SEPARATOR DELTA OWSA-0,5 OILY WATER SEPARATOR "DELTA" TYPE OWSA-0,5 TON/H. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION PURPOSE The purpose of the Oily Water Separator is to process oily water stored in the bilge of the ship obtaining a clean effluent water with an oil content below 15 PPM as required by IMO MEPC107(49). The sistem includes a first stage treatment section which is made up of gravity static separator followed by a secondary treatment which is an Adsorption process. SCOPE OF SUPPLY The Oily Water Separator will be supplied fully mounted with pump and control panel and factory tested and will include the following components as standard supply: • • • Tanks with internals. One Pump. Pneumatic piston operated valves for the following services: Oil Discharge Sea Discharge Re-circulation to Bilge By-pass adsorption tank Adsorption system in service Solenoid valve for flushing water inlet. Safety valves. System for automatic discharge of oil, including electrodes, sensor relay and accessories. Isolating valves, pressure indicators, etc...
