The DW Contract Axminster carpet is produced according to EN 1307 standards. It features a woven gripper Axminster construction with a pile fiber composition of 80% pure new wool and 20% antistatic polyamide. The yarn is 3-ply and pre-dyed. The warp consists of 100% polypropylene, while the weft is a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Available widths range from 100 cm to 400 cm.
Dimensions and Weight:
The pile height is approximately 7.5 mm, with a total carpet height of about 10 mm. The total carpet weight is approximately 2530 g/m2, with a pile weight of 1700 g/m2. The tuft density is 9 rows per inch, and the pitch is 7 grippers per inch.
Design and Use:
The carpet can incorporate up to 7 colors without design limitations. It is classified under Class 33 for commercial heavy use and has a luxury rating of LC 5. The impact sound insulation is rated at ∆Lw ≥ 25dB.
Safety and Environmental Standards:
