The DW Contract Axminster carpet is produced according to EN 1307 standards. It features a woven gripper Axminster construction with a pile fibre composition of 80% pure new wool and 20% antistatic polyamide. The yarn is 3-ply and pre-dyed, with a warp made of 100% polypropylene and a weft of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Available widths range from 100 cm to 400 cm, with a pile height of approximately 7.5 mm and a total carpet height of approximately 10 mm. The total carpet weight is approximately 2250 g/m², with a pile weight of 1300 g/m².
The carpet can incorporate up to 7 colors without design limitations. It is classified under use intensity Class 32 for commercial and general contract use, with a luxury rating of LC 4. The carpet provides impact sound insulation of ∆Lw ≥ 25dB and meets fire classification Cfl-S1 according to EN 14041, as well as IMO FTP Code parts 2 and 5 and the Russian Fire Certificate. It is permanently antistatic and has a VOC rating of A+.
