Product Overview
DAMPA® 10/100/200/300 panels are modular aluminum ceiling systems designed for public areas, offering versatile design and functional applications. The panels can be installed in various combinations on a modular carrier, with DAMPA® 10/100 units supplied without end closing and DAMPA® 200/300 units end closed. These systems are classified as C-class material by leading classification societies.
Integration and Functionality
The ceiling systems support the integration of lighting, cooling, heating, ventilation, and sound systems, enhancing aesthetics and installation efficiency. DAMPA® Rainfall provides diffuse ventilation, improving indoor climate and energy efficiency. Lighting solutions focus on integrated and decorative LED options.
Acoustic Properties
DAMPA metal ceilings offer excellent acoustic environments, suitable for high-noise areas like public spaces and corridors. Perforated units effectively absorb noise, while unperforated units target low-frequency sound absorption.
Surface Options
A wide range of colors, surfaces, and perforation patterns are available, including painted, laminated, digital print, anodized, and clear-lacquered finishes. Custom color matching is offered.
Specifications and Installation
The panels come in various types and configurations, with specific weights and acoustic properties. Installation involves modular carriers and optional extras like mineral wool for enhanced sound absorption. The systems support both flat and curved installations, with detailed guidelines for jointing, securing, and dismantling.
Packaging and Handling
Ceiling panels are supplied in non-returnable cardboard boxes, with galvanized suspension components in standard bundles. Proper storage in dry, ventilated areas is recommended.
Quality and Standards
Manufactured to high standards, DAMPA® Marine Ceiling Systems ensure precise, reliable installation. They adhere to DAMPA’s Quality Management System, ensuring consistent quality and performance.
