Clause 5: Compensation and Cancellation
In case of a contentious intervention, a compensation of 15% of the unpaid sum is demanded as damages, in addition to legal fees and interest. The sale can be cancelled, and CRISTEC retains the title and any deposits paid.

Clause 6: Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed, depending on carrier availability and order sequence. CRISTEC aims to meet delivery times unless affected by force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances. Delays do not justify penalties, compensation, or order cancellation.

Clause 7: Delivery
Goods can be delivered directly, notified for pickup, or sent to a specified location. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the buyer or carrier. The buyer must notify the carrier of any issues within three days, with a copy to CRISTEC.

Clause 8: Termination
If payment is not made within fifteen days after a late payment notice, the sale is automatically cancelled, allowing for damages to CRISTEC.

Clause 9: Retention of Title
CRISTEC retains ownership until full payment. In case of buyer's administration or liquidation, CRISTEC can reclaim unpaid goods.

Clause 10: Warranty
Warranty details are in product manuals. It covers part replacement and repairs at CRISTEC's workshops but excludes flood or lightning damage, non-compliant use, unauthorized repairs, and transport costs.

Clause 11: Force Majeure
CRISTEC is not liable for non-performance due to unforeseeable or irresistible external events as defined by the Civil Code.

Clause 12: Jurisdiction
Disputes are subject to French law and the Vienna Convention, resolved in the Commercial Court of Quimper if not settled amicably. CRISTEC reserves the right to change prices and characteristics without notice.
