What makes our board so unique is its combination of light and stiff materials used to produce a suitable core. Wood is a natural material with excellent mechanical properties. For production of 2007 boards we carefully chose the best-fix kind It is very complicated to make a mathematic simulator of flex which would be accepted by top riders. We have chosen other way: to make a search analyses of human...

When we design construction system using composite materials, we need to know exactly how will be this system mechanically stressed. Then we place the fiber reinforcements in directions of those stresses. To cover all of these strength involves to use of multiaxial fiber system of construction. In this case we are able to split the strength of stress on single direction of fibers. We fine tuned 4 axial fiber system for our Pro Line and Limited Edition Pro model. And 3 and 2 axial system for Allround and We decided to use ABS side walls construction as the best one in this industry. ABS is a...

The LW Pro Line is THE light wind kiteboarding machine. When designing a light wind board, a fine design balance of many features must be maintained. The rocker must keep just the correct amount of board in contact with the water at all times to keep you on a plane.
