Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides an overview of Pauluhn T5 Linear Fluorescent Luminaires, highlighting their suitability for tough environments and industrial applications. It emphasizes the energy efficiency, reliability, and advanced features of these lighting solutions.
Specifications: The luminaires are designed for Class I Division 1, Class I Division 2, and Class II environments, making them suitable for industrial and food processing applications. They are energy-efficient, with a typical 54 Watt T5 HO lamp producing 5,000 lumens, translating to 90-100 lumens per watt.
Performance Features: The T5 fluorescent lamps offer excellent lumen maintenance, losing only 5-6% of their output at 40% of rated life. They are control-friendly, compatible with occupancy sensors, photo cells, and multi-level switching, and can provide full-range dimming with a dimming ballast.
Operational Reliability: The luminaires are electronically ballasted, tolerant to brownouts, and restart quickly after power failures. They can be equipped with an emergency battery backup ballast, providing illumination for 90 minutes or more, eliminating the need for quartz re-strike systems.
Color Quality: T5 lamps have a Color Rendering Index of 85 and maintain consistent color throughout their life, unlike metal halide lamps.
Conclusion: Cooper Crouse-Hinds Pauluhn's T5 luminaires offer a reliable, energy-efficient lighting solution for industrial and hazardous applications, leading the way in T5 technology.

Opportunity At-A-Glance Pauluhn T5 Linear Fluorescent Luminaires The Toughest Lighting for the Toughest Environments. This series of uorescent T5 luminaires from Cooper Crouse-Hinds Pauluhn provide the customer with a long life, energy efcient and proven light source for use in applications where reliability is crucial. Energy Efciency – A typical 54 Watt T5 HO (High Output) lamp produces 5,000 lumens, equivalent to 90-100 lumens per watt (depending on lamp version). This higher efciency translates into energy savings. T-5 Industrial Solutions for Every Environment Excellent Lumen Maintenance – T5 uorescent lamps lose only 5-6% of their lumen Class I Division 1 output at 40% of rated life. Control Friendly – When paired with a program start ballast, uorescent lamps are ideal for use with occupancy sensors, photo cells and multi-level switching, further increasing energy savings. In addition, with the use of a dimming ballast the uorescent luminaires can provide full-range dimming. Operational Reliability – Electronically ballasted uorescent systems are highly tolerant to brownouts and re-start in 1 to 2 seconds following power failures. In addition, uorescent luminaires may be equipped with an emergency battery back up ballast, eliminating the need for expensive quartz re-strike systems or self contained emergency lighting. Emergency ballasts provide illumination for 90 minutes or more. XPFMax Performer & Commander Class I Division 2 & Class II HazMax Summit & Apex Improved Color Rendering – T5 lamps have a Color Rendering Index of 85.
