The ZZP styles vary in warp fiber content from 6,000 to 19,500 denier per inch. The ZZP 13 and 19 styles also feature increased fill strength. A ZigZag reinforcement of 1,000 denier black polyester fibers at 22° angles enhances cloth stability and tear strength.

Applications
ZZ Polyester laminates are suitable for small boats and one design classes that limit the use of higher modulus fibers. They are available in a 60” width for better nesting options. The laminates are categorized by weight and fiber content, with specific applications for different boat lengths:

• 20-25 ft: ZZP13 for mainsail, ZZP09/06 for No. 2, ZZP06 for No. 1
• 26-30 ft: ZZP19/13 for mainsail, ZZP19 for No. 3, ZZP13/09 for No. 2, ZZP09/06 for No. 1
• 31-35 ft: ZZP19 for mainsail and No. 3, ZZP19/13 for No. 2, ZZP13/09 for No. 1
• 36-40 ft: ZZP19 for mainsail and No. 2, ZZP19/13 for No. 1
