Surface Preparation:
Ensure the surface is clean and dry, using recommended primers and coatings. Suitable for polyester, aluminium, steel, and wood surfaces, and can be applied directly onto a degreased gelcoat.
Paint Preparation:
Mix base and hardener separately before combining. Add thinner only after mixing.
Application:
  • Methods: Brush, roller, or spray
  • Thinning: 5-10% THINNER T23 for brush/roller; up to 40% THINNER T10 for spray (use THINNER T23 if > 23°C)
  • Recommended Thickness: 70 microns wet (40 microns dry)
  • Drying Time at 20°C: Surface dry in 1 hour, touch dry in 3 hours, sandable in 24 hours, recoat within 48 hours without preparation
  • Coverage: Theoretical 14 m²/l, Practical 10 m²/l
  • Temperature Range: 8°C to 30°C

Presented in two-packs, this top range lacquer guarantees very high gloss on a well-prepared surface. CLASSIFICATION: AFNOR NF T.36.005 - Family I - Class 6a PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: Resin binder Density at 20°C (for white) Viscosity NF 4 at 20°C Solids Flash point Pot life at 20° C Colour Finish Mix by volume : Polyurethane - polyester : 1.25 + 0.05 : 300" + 5" : 57 + 2 % by volume : > 23 °C : 4 to 6 hours : White + 22 standards shades (pigments chosen for their UV resistance) : High gloss : 2 parts base + 1 part hardener SURFACE PREPARATION: PLASTILAQUE 340 must be applied on a clean and dry surface, prepared beforehand with our range of primers and coatings.
