e-mail: info(@compensatitoro.it Technical data sheet Okoumé marine plywood The Okoumé marine plywood, bonded with melamine adhesive, is the panel most widely known in this category. Thanks to the fair natural durability, its use ensures resistance to fungal deterioration, provided that the edges are properly protected. The particularly light density along with interesting mechanical properties make it suitable for the production of furniture, doors and windows exposed to environments subject to moisture variations and for many wooden components in the recreational boating. The product, available in the thickness range from 4 to 30 mm, can be supplied with the certification n° DIP060908CS issued by RINA (the Italian Naval Register) or with the Type Approval from Lloyd's Register in accordance with the standard BS 1088:2003 (certification n° 05/00038). The Okoumé plywood is also available with CE marking conforming to EN 13986 for use in construction as non structural element, in compliance with the requirements of the Construction Products Directive 89/106/EEC.
