PRESSURE UNITS FOR THE NATURAL GAS PROCESSING EQUIPMENT FOR THE PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY Heat exchangers used in the petrochemical industry meets the requirements of the NACE International Standards MR0175 / ISO 15156 for materials used in oil and gas production in H2S-containing environments. For the production of these units is used high-quality steel (ex. A-516 Gr 70). Heat exchangers are designed in accordance with TEMA standards (Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association). We manufacture pressure equipment for gas separation, purification and drying, as well as oil stabilization, used in oil and natural gas processing plants. We adapt tanks and process devices (with or without insulation) to individual needs and requirements related to the technological processes. CLIMAREM provides products and services for the shipbuilding, paper, food, petrochemical and chemical industry, mining, energy, gas processing and others. To meet customer requirements, all products are made of materials with highest quality and are subject to conformity assessment with the participation of Notified Bodies or the supervision of Classification Bodies. We manufacture high-pressure tanks and heat-exchangers that require specialized anti-corrosion protection and special coatings. Our technical department provides thermal, flow and strength calculations of the offered products. Our products are made of various materials: carbon steels, low and high alloy steels, duplex steels, copper alloys, bimetallic materials and aluminium, and recently also titanium. Titanium welding technologies have been approved by the TÜV Notified Body and Bureau Veritas Marine Classification Body. Tests carried out in a salt chamber for 876 hours, confirmed the durability of welded joints in contact with the sea water (C5-M conditions according to ISO 9227 NSS) for more than 10 years operation. Oil stabilisation reboiler is shell and tube heat exchanger with a removable tube bundle (BKU type), used in the processes of heating stabilized crude oil. As a result of heating the oil with a steam, volatile fractions, including harmful H2S, are removed. The offered separators are used to separate gas, hydrocarbons and water from the reservoir fluid. Separator is designed to separate substances through the deflector and baffles, and to separate heavy hydrocarbon particles from the exhaust gas stream through the demisters.
