The company was innitially created to work for the industrial fishing market and the main products were rigid fishing floats. Products and machinery were gradually developed and improved to meet fishermen´s requirements. After several years increasing our range of floats, we also decided to make a big leap and started the production of a small range of inflatable vinyl fenders and buoys. Today, Industrias Plasticas CASTRO can offer the widest range of fishing floats, inflatable fenders and buoys, rigid and foam filled buoys, tanks and an extensive range of plastic products for use throughout the marine industry, fishing, aquaculture, harbours, marinas, offshore and gas industry. Our products are designed to be inflated from 0,15 to 0,20 bar of pressure at 20° C of temperature. For use under tropical conditions, the pressure has to be reduced 0,05 bar.
