The production of nautical steering wheels at Castelli Italia brings together traditional craftsmanship and advanced engineering. Our in-house capabilities cover nearly the entire supply chain. With an experienced technical team and our own tool shop for tool design and machining, we oversee every stage of the process.

Process integration allows us to remain flexible, responsive, and consistent in delivering premium quality: we develop our ideas through our design and technical department, tool shop, injection moulding, in-house painting, pad printing, laser etching, foaming injection and leather wrapping. We believe every customer should be part of the process. Each steering wheel can be fully customized, from the choice of leather and stitching to the addition of a bespoke logo.
