Introduction
The CT3020 ORBIS PTZ Camera by C-Tecnics is a high-speed Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera designed for versatile applications such as long-range vessel identification, close proximity berthing, navigation hazard identification, marine wildlife observation, and security surveillance. It is suitable for use in coastal waters or port navigation and can be controlled remotely via WiFi.

Specifications
The camera features a 1/3 Inch Sony Super HAD CCD module with a resolution of 700TVL and effective pixels of 976(H) x 582(V). It supports both PAL and NTSC video systems and offers a 10x optical zoom with a focal length range of 5.5 - 55mm. The minimum illumination is 0.01 Lux in color and 0.001 Lux in black and white. The camera has an auto day/night function, auto iris, and multiple focus modes (auto/manual/semi-auto).

Video and Control
The CT3020 provides a composite video output of 1Vp-p, 75Ω, and can be connected to a chart plotter or TV. It supports remote access via an IP network device for global connectivity. The camera can be controlled through WiFi using a tablet or smartphone with the C-Tecnics PTZ application, compatible with Android and iOS. Wired control is also available via RS485 and supports Pelco D/P protocols.

Design and Build
The camera is housed in a mini dome enclosure with an IP66 rating, featuring a polished aluminum finish with a clear anodized coating. A 316 stainless steel option is available. The camera is lightweight and designed to withstand environmental conditions with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +55°C.

Additional Features
The CT3020 includes features such as auto flip, auto parking, and power-up action. It has a pan range of 360 degrees (endless) and a tilt range of ±90 degrees with auto flip. The pan/tilt speed is proportional to the zoom, ranging from 0.05 to 360 degrees per second.

Power and Dimensions
The camera operates on 12V power with a maximum current of 1.2A. Its overall dimensions are 125mm in diameter and 135mm in height, with a dome diameter of 83.88mm (3 inches).
