The Bühler Auger Packer MWPQ is designed for optimal compaction of non-freeflowing, bulky products. It is suitable for bag widths of at least 620 mm and lengths between 1050 and 1300 mm. The machine can be used with pre-weighed products.
Operating Principle
The filling process begins with the bag being clamped to the spout by a pneumatically actuated holder. The spout is lifted by pneumatic cylinders, triggering the filling process once it reaches the top position. The product is compacted optimally, and the bag is automatically detached after filling.
