The vessel will be used to not only transport passengers but also carry the needed cargo to the lodge. When the work is completed the vessel will be utilized to transport customers to fishing locations and at times to fish out of. With Yanmar diesel engines and Hamilton 213 jet units the boat can carry an impressive load efficiently while operating in the shallow waters of the Agulowak River. Additionally the trim tabs installed will balance uneven loads and provide more comfort while crossing Lake Aleknegik on the way to the lodge. Full US Coast life saving equipment is installed for passenger safety. Bentz pioneered features include the sled shaped bow, forward and center pilot station, short stroke mechanical stick steering and delta pad bottom. These features contribute to our boats superior handling, quick planing and shallow running capabilities.
