The U.S.C.G. certified boat has a collision bulkhead, a requirement for boats over 49 passengers, and an inspection hatch on the enclosed bow for bulkhead access. The three computer matched Hamilton 274 jet pumps and three 315 hp Cummins diesels give this boat the power and fuel economy to carry the McKinley Queen’s 55 passenger certified loads. The fully enclosed cabin offers an onboard head, comfortable bench style seating, a hard top with large sliding windows and multiple tinted sun roofs, allowing customers to view the Alaskan scenery in comfort and style. A high quality PA system was designed for customers to be able to easily hear the captain and deckhands as they tour up the Talkeetna or Susitna rivers. The pilot sits center forward in a spring ride seat using the Bentz engineered stick steering and Kobelt controls to comfortably drive the McKinley Queen throughout its hard days work.
