LARIMAR® BALSA Technical data-sheet Description A lightweight composite panel with both skins in Okoumé marine plywood (RINA approved) with a Balsa wood core. LARIMAR® BALSA panel is particularly suitable for projects which require high durability over long periods and exceptionally low weight Balsa core has a density of 150 Kg/m³. The Okoumé plywood used for the skins of the panel is ideal for the marine environment and it guarantees physical/mechanical performances which remain unchanged over the time. The used gluings are classified to low issue of formaldehyde (Class E1 in according to UNI EN 1084) or completely exempt. The product is normally used for fittings and partitions in the marine sector.
