As a result of filling accidents arising from exploding cylinders, explosion protection is already standard or is prescribed in many countries. B-SAFE replaces very expensive safety measures for compressor rooms and provides high legally required safety for the operator. When filling two other cylinders simultaneously, a breathing air cylinder (11 litres / 200 bar) was caused to explode at 293 bar inside the B-SAFE 300, the safety chamber totally fulfilling its protection purpose.
