Specifications:
The HB-5000 and HB-5000DD are heavy-duty hinged doors designed for external use, classified under Fire Class A-60. The door leaf is made of 2 mm (alternatively 3 mm) painted mild or stainless steel, with reinforcement plates for hinges, door closers, and panic devices welded inside. The frame is L-shaped, made of 3 mm (alternatively 4 or 5 mm) painted steel or stainless steel, and is adjustable for gaskets. Hinges are specially designed stainless steel with grease nipples, and the door leaf thickness is 64 mm.

Procedures:
The bottom part of the hinges is welded to the frame, while the top part is screwed to the door leaf with three screws per hinge. Stainless steel washers are used to reduce friction.
