The AYRLITE® Profiles & Assembly Accessories are designed for use with AYRES Lightweight Panel Systems in marine applications. These components facilitate efficient assembly and enhance aesthetics, accommodating panels of 6, 10, 20, and 30mm thicknesses.
Features
- Made from Aluminium alloy 6063 T5.
- Available in standard lengths of 4,900mm and half lengths of 2,440mm.
- Clear anodized finish with a thickness of 10µm.
Fabrication
- Panels are assembled using polyurethane adhesive, such as Sikaflex 291.
- Edges of certain panels are slotted to fit profile tongues.
- An instructional DVD on assembly and fabrication techniques is available.
Safety
- Avoid inhalation and eye contact with dust during cutting operations.
- Use protective equipment like hearing protection and safety glasses.
- Wear gloves to prevent cuts and wash hands after handling.
Applications
- Access panels, door systems, and furniture.
