AYRLITE 1001 is specifically designed to provide a lightweight panel with high stiffness and strength for the interior fitout of caravans, campervans and other types of recreational vehicles. The panel is also attracting interest for other applications eg. shopping centre hoardings, office partitions, etc. 9.5mm cell size kraft paper honeycomb core. Hot bonded adhesive process. AYRLITE 1001 can be easily cut and drilled with standard tools, such as circular saws, routers etc. Components or complete interiors can be fabricated using Ayres Composite Panels aluminium extrusions, cutters and polyurethane paste adhesives.
