Decorative Faced, Paper Honeycomb Panel DATA SHEET Issue 1 ^^^r ^ Lightweight Panel Systems AYRLITE 1001 is a paper honeycomb panel faced with decorative HPL laminate. AYRLITE 1001 is specifically designed to provide a lightweight panel with high stiffness and strength for the interior fitout of caravans, campervans and other types of recreational vehicles. The panel is also attracting interest for other applications eg. shopping centre hoardings, office partitions, etc. 9.5mm cell size kraft paper honeycomb core. Hot bonded adhesive process. Range of decorative finishes available. High stiffness and strength. Standard panel dimensions Wide selection of anodised aluminium assembly extrusions available. • Wall linings. • Internal modules. AYRLITE 1001 can be easily cut and drilled with standard tools, such as circular saws, routers etc. Components or complete interiors can be fabricated using Ayres Composite Panels aluminium extrusions, cutters and polyurethane paste adhesives.
