ALUMIPREP 33 is a non-flammable cleaner, brightener, and pre-paint conditioner specifically designed for aluminum surfaces. It is phosphoric acid-based and should not be used on high copper bearing aluminum alloys or aluminum castings. The product ensures a chemically clean and corrosion-free aluminum surface.

Application Equipment
Use acid-resistant brushes, synthetic sponges, or clean cloths. Mix in acid-resistant rubber, stainless steel, or plastic buckets.

Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is free from heavy grease, grime, dirt, or other foreign materials for effective treatment.

Mixing and Reduction

For light oxidation: Dilute one part ALUMIPREP 33 with five parts water.
For heavy oxidation: Dilute one part ALUMIPREP 33 with two parts water.

Application Instructions
Operators should wear protective gear such as rubber gloves, aprons, and goggles. Ensure adequate ventilation. The solution should contact the metal surface for two to five minutes. For heavy corrosion, scrubbing with a Scotchbrite® pad may be necessary.
