Introduction
This document describes a new three-layered High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) technology used in the manufacturing of aquatic adventure products. The technology integrates colors and offers various slide options.

Specifications
The product is made from three-layered rotomoulded HDPE, which includes foam polyethylene with double thickness and internal connections. It is designed to be unsinkable and resistant to impact and abrasion. The dimensions are 3.80 m in length, 1.80 m in width, and 0.80 m in height, with a weight of 168 kg and a capacity of 400 kg.

Manufacturing System
An innovative hermetic manufacturing system is used, employing metal molds combined with high-density "anti-U.V.A." polyethylene. This system ensures the product is compact, integrated, and airtight.

Mechanical System
The mechanical system includes a steel rod with 8 polyethylene propulsion blades and a stainless steering transmission. Standard items include four free-moving polyethylene wheels, a stainless steel windshield bar, and folding stairs.

Optional Features
Optional extras include various slide types (curved, large wavy, large straight, medium straight) and a 3CV petrol or electric motor.
