ASM Cleaning Plug Injector Effective and smart feed pipe cleaning in minutes Feed accounts for 60-90% of the production cost in most fish farming. The sum of all the seemingly insignificant details of your feeding system can easily save 2-5% of your feed cost each year. The Cleaning Plug Injector will blow the cleaning plugs through the feed pipes on by one, using transport air. The spong will attract feed residues and condense when going through, reducing deposits inside the pipes to a minimum. The plugs will be blown through the feed pipe in 20 seconds in a 400 meter feed line. They will float on the surface and can easily be picked up from the cage railing using a fish landing net. The cleaning plugs have a dented surface and are made of a synthetic sponge material. They are easy to clean using eg. Zalo or an other detergant that easliy can remove fat residues.
