BAYONET LOCKING QUICK CHANGE TOOLS Aeronaut first developed its unique range of top loading bayonet locking quick change tools for the Maxis 11 plotter in 1997. Since then the range of tool options has expanded to make the Maxis 11 the market leading plotter-cutter for industrial textiles. The large diameter of the Maxis bayonet lock toolholder means it is able to carry not only a wide range of static tools such as rotary blade cutters, drag blades, chisel and roller creasers, but also powered tools. Blades can be easily and safely changed with the tool removed from the machine. Aeronaut's reciprocating blade cutter is a versatile and powerful tool, able to cut through materials like rubber, corrugated cardboard and plastic, leather and ethafoam. The cutter has a micrometer depth stop and can take many different off-the-shelf blade types in its titanium blade holder. Other powered tools are available with bayonet mounts such as drills, routers, sanders and ultrasonic tools. Aeronaut can also supply blank bayonets for customers to fit their own tools. Air and electrical power can be taken directly from the cutting head. 7?€TRirnnuT HurmnnTiirn ~ 4-6 TEPKO ROAD TERREY HILLS NSW 2084 AUSTRALIA
