Product catalog summary
Description
Soundac® Convoluted Foam is a sound-absorbing polyurethane foam with an open cell structure, suitable for dry and clean areas. For areas with potential exposure to water or oil, Soundac® AS is recommended due to its resistant finish.

Stock and Customization
The foam is available in standard sizes and always in stock. Custom specifications can be provided upon request.

Product Specifications
  • Soundac® 8+12: Density 28 kg/m3, Thickness 20 mm
  • Soundac® S10+20: Density 28 kg/m3, Thickness 30 mm
  • Soundac® S20+30: Density 28 kg/m3, Thickness 50 mm

Applications
Designed for sound absorption in dry and clean environments, applicable in engine rooms, compressors, air ducts, generators, and pumps. For emergency exits, Soundac® ASM with high flame extinguishing properties is necessary.

Processing Instructions
Ensure the surface is dry, clean, and free from dust and oil. Flatten uneven surfaces. Cut the foam to size using an electrical bread-knife. Gradually remove the covering foil while pressing the foam onto the surface.
