Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides detailed information about TRAC Digital Stabilizers, which are designed to enhance ride comfort in various sea conditions by counteracting vessel roll through advanced fin technology.
Specifications: TRAC Stabilizers feature a 3-term control system that detects vessel motion and adjusts fin positions instantly. The system includes a touch-screen LCD user panel for intuitive operation, allowing automatic adjustments for sea-state, wave angle, and vessel speed. The fins and winglets are computer-optimized to provide more anti-roll force with less drag.
Design and Features: The stabilizers are built for heavy-duty service with oversized load-bearing components and double-sealed shaft housings that require no maintenance between haulouts. The unique inboard hull flange mounting system facilitates installation and avoids the use of wooden blocks prone to dry rot.
Installation and Support: TRAC systems are delivered ready-to-install with extensive documentation. Key assemblies are factory tested, and cabling is custom fabricated for each vessel. Expert support is available from factory technicians and a global service network.
Technical Data: The document includes a table with dimensions for various fin sizes, indicating measurements in inches and centimeters. Fins with an 'X' suffix are designed for Stabilization At Rest (STAR™) systems. The responsibility for hull reinforcement lies with the installer, with recommendations provided as guidelines.
Conclusion: TRAC Digital Stabilizers are preferred by top yacht builders for their performance, quality, and support. They are equipped with fail-safe actuators that mechanically lock fins when necessary, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

DIGITAL STABILIZERS The user panel is a touch-screen LCD with large text and graphic keys. All important information is displayed on the Home screen. Low profile and small size (4” x 4.75”) allow for easy mounting. TRAC Digital Stabilizers dramatically improve ride comfort in any sea-state or wave angle. TRAC’s 3-term control detects vessel motion and instantly adjusts fin position to counteract roll. The TRAC exclusive touch-screen LCD user panel is simple and intuitive to operate. With one-touch activation, TRAC automatically adjusts for changes in seastate, wave angle, and vessel speed. TRAC’s exclusive Fin and Winglet are computer optimized to generate more anti-roll force and less drag than conventional fins. TRAC actuators feature a unique fail-safe capability that mechanically locks the fins when required. No more lifting floorboards or trips to the bilge to “pin the fins”. TRAC Stabilizers are built for heavy-duty service. Load bearing components are intentionally oversized. Double sealed shaft housings require no maintenance between haulouts. Our unique inboard hull flange mounting system speeds installation and eliminates costly, dry rot prone, wooden blocks. TRAC systems are extensively documented and delivered ready-to-install.
