RESOLTECH 3300 Data sheet — 06/10/2011 Hardener 3305 High Chemical resistance epoxy structural adhesive for above and underwater applications Applicable in high humidity conditions above & underwater High Chemical resistance 100:50 mixing ratio by weight or volume Available in standard 310 ml cartridges RESOLTECH 3300 is a high chemical resistance structural epoxy adhesive that can be applied onto dry or damp surfaces but also underwater. RESOLTECH 3300 is used to seal, bond or repair a large selection of materials, including fiberglass, aluminium, steel, concrete and ABS plastics. It is available in 5+2,5 kg kits or in standard 310 ml cartridges. The white resin and black hardener make it easy to visually check the homogeneity of the mixture. It is possible to fill the 3300 with sand, chopped glass fibre..etc to use it as underwater repair mortar. Its main characteristics are : Excellent chemical resistance. Adheres to damp subtracts and cures above or underwater Excellent adhesion concrete, ceramic, brick, steel, GRP, cast iron and most ABS plastics. It is not possible to change the ratio, it would result in lower mechanical properties. The mixture should be mechanically stirred during no less than 5 minutes to ensure full homogeneity. Resin 3300 Hardener 3305 Underwater curing epoxy adhesive APPLICATION The standard procedure of working with epoxy systems applies to the RESOLTECH 3300 / 3305. Mixing the resin and hardener should be done above 5 °C. It is recommended to proceed to a small test before industrial size application. It is recommended to deglaze, clean and degrease the support prior to application. The system, in order to polymerize underwater is very reactive.
