TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT CHP 1500-2400 CONSOLIDATED HYDRAULIC PANEL DESCRIPTION: The CHP unit provides the hydraulic auxiliaries necessary to actuate the stabilizer fins. Quantum’s CHP can be paired with a variety of stabilizer hull unit sizes based on vessel requirements to provide for a multitude of arrangement options. Designed to consolidate maximum machinery output into a modest footprint, this compact unit can be easily positioned into tight machinery areas. The CHP consolidates the electrical and hydraulic controls as well as filtration on a single skid aluminum frame with drip tray, stainless steel tubing with associated isolation points. The CHP is an exquisitely built panel which can be depended upon to support the hydraulic power for stabilizer systems. FEATURES: SIMPLE INSTALLATION: The CHP is designed to incorporate maximum hydraulic functions within a single “plug and play” assembly. Thus, straight-forward installation as well as easy mechanical pipe work connections are at the heart of the CHP design. EFFICIENT: The CHP minimizes the mechanical and electrical interfaces the shipyard has to deal with and therefore is highly cost effective to install. Additionally, all components are in one place for easy maintenance. MINIMAL NOISE: Quantum’s CHP utilizes a single point isolation system to bring both noise and vibration levels down.
