You are a regatta sailor and you want a sail with an impressive dimensional stability? Then please take a closer look at the laminate variants of the PX Line. Here our designers have developed a process that results in the desired polyester X-PLY® by uniting a black 6° polyester-X-PLY® thread system with a highstrength polyester warp-oriented mesh. The resulting PX Line is available in two options: as a racing Scrim version (film on both sides) or with a one-sided laminated taffeta fabric for even longer durability. Both show superior shape retention and, in addition, expand the application range for polyester laminates. They are now usable both as leech material for light foresails and mainsails as well as luffing material. And the UV resistance? That is granted by a special adhesive!
