Empowering lightness Step Series The panels of the Step series are characterized by two skins in fiberglass impregnated with epoxy resin or phenolic resin. The customer can choose between the epoxy or phenolic option depending on the performance that the panel can achieve. Phenolic resin, unlike epoxy, has better reaction to fire performances and therefore it is used in certified panels. As for the cores, they are made of 5 different materials: aluminium honeycomb aramid paper honeycomb PET Foam PVC Foam polypropylene honeycomb. Each core, bonded with fiberglass, determines different panel properties: thermal insulation, lightness, strength and resistance to medium temperatures.
