CARBON EQUIPMENT LTD SWIMMING LADDER ER STAIR CONSTRUCTION Stair construction is carbon fibre & epoxy resin made with pre-preg technology, consolidated under vacuum pressure and cured at high temperature (>90°C). Structure finishing is Shiny C-LOOK and it’s provided with the UV protection. The transparent paint, thanks to its ceramic property, ensure a very hard feature to structure surface. CARBON EQUIPMENT LTD SWIMMING LADDER ER DECK SOCKET Deck sockets are stainless steel made, AISI 316L, with a shiny polished finishing on top flange. They are built to be welded, glued or bolted through yacht deck. BOLTED SOCKET Different installation mat be discussed on customer request.

CARBON EQUIPMENT LTD SWIMMING LADDER ER DECK PIN Deck pins are stainless steel made, AISI 316L, with a shiny polished finishing. They may be provided with the LOCK SYSTEM that keeps the stair in position even in rough water condition. Lock system is provided as standard equipment on model ER.3 while it’s provided on demand on model ER.2

CARBON EQUIPMENT LTD SWIMMING LADDER ER 1ST STEP PROTECTION First step is provided with nr.2 deck protection screwed on its lower face. Protections, that give an additional support to the stair, are POM made and of black colour. They may be shaped to better match the terrace after edge.

CARBON EQUIPMENT LTD SWIMMING LADDER ER SWIVEL The swivel is stainless steel made, AISI 316L, with a shiny polished finishing where visible. Swivel may be replaced by a threaded connection so to reduce dimension of the stair while in storage configuration.

CARBON EQUIPMENT LTD SWIMMING LADDER ER STEP COVERAGE Steps walkway is painted by NO-SKID paint of the same colour of the rest of the structure. It’s available on demand covered by 4mm teak plank glued transversely.
