Slippery high-density plastic skids are captured on the rungs of a tough, flexible ladder like stainless steel rod track. The flexibity of this rod track enables it to handle wave action that would destroy a rail system or rigid structure. Installation is fast and easy. Eight foot sections come preassembled and only need to be laid out in position and shackled together. Remove by undoing the marine shackles and folding the track into a compact bundle. Standard track skid spacing is 32"and will handle boats suppliers up to 400 lbs. Closer spaced skids, 16" apart, are available to handle heavier craft or rougher terrain. | | |
