The higher the Newton number (N) the higher the buoyancy. Rule of thumb: For general use, select 180N. For situations when extra weight is carried, select 275N. As asymmetrical chambers offer faster and better turning capabilities, select a 275N asymmetrical when extra weight is carried, e.g. heavy tool belts.
