NOTICE: These protective gloves are «cut resistant, not cut proof» . These gloves are sold individually, not inpairs. These gloves are «ambidexterious» and can be worn on the left or right hand. In a typical application, onlyone glove would be worn (usually on the hand not holding the boat knife). Butchers, meat cutters and some food preparation workers will wear the «Performance Shield» or «Ultimate Shield» glove on the knife hand, and the «Knife Shield» on the hand opposite the knife.

Exceptionally high cut resistance. Durable, flexible and very comfortable. Made using a patented combination of stainless steel wire, encapsulated in a sheath of polyethylene andwrapped with a high performance polyester.
