3. Biaxial: A two-layer fabric with two possible configurations. The first is a double bias with the reinforcement in the +/- 45 direction. The second Is a 0/90 degree fabric with the reinforcement in the warp and weft direction. is a term sometimes used in the market to refer to a biaxial and can be confusing.
4. Triaxial: A three-layer fabric with one layer in the warp or weft direction and the other two layers in the +/- 45 or GO direction.
Ft. Quadravial: A four-layer fabric with one layer of the primary directions: warp, wefr, and +/- 45 degree.
