GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Read carefully this manual before switching on the sytem.
- Use the air-conditioner only for its aim.
- Don't use any damaged air-conditioners. In case of operational defects, switch it off and if possible cut off the power supply to the air-conditioning system.
- Before any maintenance operations and before touching any internal parts, cut off the power supply.
- The maker declines any responsability in case of changes or errors due to the non-observance of instructions on installation manuals or because of unfit use of the air-conditioner. This causes the immediate loss of the guarantee.
- The non-observance of the anti-accident instructions implies a fire risk in case of short circuit.
- This air-conditioner works correctly and without any risks only after its installation and its inspection.
- Don't open the VEGA MK II remote control device to avoid any damages. In case of operational defects, call the competent personnel.
- The remote control device batteries contain polluting substances. Once run-down, you must dispose of them according to the provisions in force.
- The sytem contains moving parts (fans) and parts that working warm up (compressor): don't clean or execute maintenance operations if the system is working.
- Pay attention to the room temperature: it must be comfortable.
- For a correct use, the air-conditioning unit must operate only by the suggested temperatures values in the table
"Functioning limits" in the installation manual. If the unit works beyond these limits, there can be a risk of operational defects and some air-conditioner parts may suffer damages.
- If you want to cut off the power supply of the boat boat, it is necessary to switch off the air-conditioning unit using the remote control device (it can be the mechanical or the digital panel or the remote control device).
- Don't obstruct the air outlet from grills with clothes or any other materials unless it is possible to close them.
