With a simple modification to the vacuum tubing glands, the vessel may also be used as a resin degassing and feed pot. The RT19/11 may also be used as a leak-tight distribution manifold for multiple vacuum lines. Optional port sizes to boat suit: • 3/8” – 10 mm, ½” – 13 mm, 5/8” - 16 mm, or ¾” - 19 mm OD (outside diameter) polyethylene tubing. On these tubing sizes, high integrity vacuum seals are achieved with external O-rings secured by hand-tightened gland nuts. This is the recommended sealing method. • Flexible tubing with the above ID’s (inside diameters) via suitable adapting tubes • 3/8” BSP or ¾” BSP/NPT male threads.
