I prezzi sul listinosono SEMPRE escluso IVA.La garanzia SOLIMAR è valida 12 mesi dal ricevimento della merce. La garanzia si limita alla sostituzione gratuita dei pezzi che verranno da noi riconosciuti difettosi per cause dipendenti dai materiali o da una imperfettalavorazione. Questa garanzia non copre i prodotti Solimar non idoneamente installati o impropriamente utilizzati. I prodotti in alluminio Solimar sono forniti anodizzati, la garanzia non copre nessun tipo di danno da elettrolisi.L’utilizzatore deve isolare con cura i circuiti elettrici presenti sulla barca, in particolare sulle barche in composito. Le spese di trasporto, montaggio smontaggio sono sempre a carico del cliente; non verranno eseguiti in nessuncaso interventi sul posto. La garanzia decade di ogni effetto qualora il cliente al momento della richiesta non abbia interamente pagato la merce. La SOLIMAR DECLINA OGNI ALTRA RESPONSABILITA' DI QUALUNQUECONSEGUENZA DERIVANTE DALLA MERCE FORNITA A PERSONE E/O COSE. The user must carefully insulate the electric circuits present on the boat,in particular on composite boats. The costs of transport, installation and demounting are always charged to the customer; in any cases we'll not make interventions on place. The warranty declines of any effects ifthe customer, at the moment of the request, has not fully paid the goods. SOLIMAR DECLINES ANY FURTHER LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM THE GOODS SUPPLIED TO PERSONS AND/OR THINGS. Les frais de transport, montage et dé montage sont toujours à la charge du client; nous n'effecteurons jamais des intervention surplace. La garantie perd ses effets si le client au moment de la réclamationn'a par réglé completement les paiments de la marchandise.
