SPREAD SENSORS WITH OPTIMUM ACCURACY
28
The spread sensors are measuring the distance between the trawl doors or wings.
Twin spread sensors
A set of Twin Spread sensors consist of one spread sensor and two remotes. The spread sensor is mounted on the port door, one remote is mounted on the centre weight and the other remote is mounted on the starboard door.
Make sure that the doors are stable and your trawl is efficient.
Door sensor adapter for quick and safe handling, sensor mounted easily in 30 seconds!
Spread sensors are vital to ensure correct rigging of the Trawl or Twin Trawl. The stability of the doors is constantly and accurately monitored with the PI spread sensors. Spread sensors monitor the spread and stability between the doors on a single trawl while the Twin Spread sensor is capable of monitoring the spread and stability between doors and between port door and centre weight.
Update rate from the Single and Twin Spread sensors are user selectable and the fastest, most accurate and reliable on the market.
Height sensors
The height sensor provides information about stability and height of the trawl. The PI Height sensor has the fastest update on the market which enables you to make the right adjustment on warps at an early stage.
Trawl with 5.8m trawl height, increasing with 1m/min.
PI Height Sensor
Hydrophones
The hydrophone will ensure constant communication during turning and if the trawl is off centre line. A portable hydrophone is also available.
High performance transducers
The Combi-C and D transducers 38/200kHz and 50/200kHz and are the perfect match for the PI44/54.
Active PI Charger
Enables intelligent and safe charging of all sensors.
Automatic hydrophone selector
