						SIMRAD'S TRANSDUCER SGCRGTS "IN A NUTSHGLL" Simrad design and builds its own echosounder and sonar transducers which are recognized throughout the world as the pinnacle of hydroacoustic technology. The design and advanced electronics employed provide unlimited possibilities for electronic control of the beams around and below the vessel. 							On the Simrad ES60 shells dropped into the water can be clearly seen, along with the small air bubbles rising to the surface. The Combi Wide transducer is sensitive enough to record the sinking of nut shells dropped over the side! The extra wide beam width gives much greater coverage, especially in shallow water.
