Purse seining
The Simrad PI32 Net Monitoring system receives information _L r mu^^^^m
from up to three sensors at the same time. Any three of the depth, EBjlJJ^HJ JJBBsJSJBJU l
temperature or the bottom contact sensors can be used at the same time. The system uses a hull mounted- or over the side hydrophone. The net's depth, water temperature and the important bottom contact information are displayed in large digits or in easy to understand graphics on the compact display.
The Simrad PI32 is designed with different codes to avoid interference between vessels operating close together. The small size, quick update rate, long battery life and its long-range
capability, allows the Simrad PI32 Net Monitoring system to be installed on any size net, from a small sardine net to a large
Numeric graphic display with depth indications and sink rate in meter/minute. The ground line is passing through a thermo cline.
