| SeaWave&Rydex customers can track their vessel or fleet from anywhere they have internet access via using SeaWave STAR. Located on the secure mySeaWave Web portal, SeaWave STAR overlays the position of your vessel or fleet on electronic navigational charts (ENCs). Whether you are on the road or in your office you can see the operational status and location of your vessels. Exception Reports Vessel location and operating details are provided at the click of a mouse. Vessels that don't report according to schedule, or that activate an SSAS alarm, are clearly marked to indicate an exception has occurred. SeaWave STAR works with SeaWave&Rydex hardware (Integrator and NavSeries) as well as rmx2. rmx2STAR (see sidebar at right) is required for use to transmit tracking data from rmx2. Easy-to-Use, No Training Required SeaWave STAR is a monitoring and fleet management tool. Monitor a vessel or fleet's progress using VCR-like controls within a user defined timeframe. Quickly jump to each vessel in the fleet and obtain key information on operating status and conditions. Manage one vessel or an entire fleet. View and export GPS tracking information including; date and time, speed, heading, latitude, longitude and operating status. Export data is viewed using Microsoft Excel for management, history and reporting purposes. |
