Once you choose a service provider, simply plug standard telephone cords and data connectors into your router and satellite modem and you’re ready to make/receive calls or surf the Web. Sea Tel’s 06 Series won’t lose the signal due to stabilization errors, even in storm conditions.

Sea Tel 6006 - operates the same Sea Tel 4006 - a 1-meter Ku-Band maritime VSAT antenna for SCPC, broadband, or hybrid networks. This antenna system meets the FCC's 2-degree spacing requirement, which is a remarkable achievement for a 1-meter ring focus antenna. Antenna efficiency is better than 70% across the transmit and receive bands. as the 4006 with a larger 1.5-meter Ku-Band maritime VSAT antenna. Because of its size and power, the 6006 features a higher transmit and receive gain (about 2 dB) which allows substantially increased thru-put connections depending on your data transfer requirements. Sea Tel’s patented, 3-axis stabilization system isolates the antenna from the ship’s motion no matter how rough the weather and seas. The antenna system responds to ship’s movement at a rate as fast as 90 degrees per second. The result? - High-torque motors position the antenna and keep the antenna rmly locked-in on the selected satellite.- Fast acting electronics are backed up by sophisticated horizontal and verical mechanical shock absorbers.- Shielded electronics eliminate EMI emissions and RF. - Sensitive motion sensors are positioned to permit the fastest possible response to ship movements. A maximum 0.2° error in the presence of +25° roll or +15° pitch ship motion and the ability to acquire the full range of frequencies from L-band to Ka-band. At last high-frequency, high-speed satellite data transmissions can be reliably received at sea!
