underwater video camera with optional live video&audio at the surface The digital video camera is a remote camera which can be fully operated and controlled by the diver. Because of the digital 3 CCD the image quality is of such a high standard that it can be used for cinematography. That's why this camera has a wide range of applications. The camera is neutrally buoyant and easily handled by the diver. The illumination is covered by two 150 watt video lights. The system can be used as a free swimming camera with it's own power supply or it can be powered from the surface by connecting it to a 150 m. long cable. Using the cable gives other advantages, the video images and audio can be monitored live on the surface while the camera records it on a digital video-tape and at the same time the surface has communication with the diver and can guide him to any desired direction or ask him to change any of the video controls. This system has the following applications:
Diver inspecting sewage pipeline Cinematography This video-system is ideal for live-broadcast footage, because of the footage and audio feedback to the surface by the 150 m. umbilical. And the same time the full control of the diver and the camera controls. Possible usage's are: Live TV-shows, live journalism, underwater presentations, documentaries and movies. Inspection & survey The video-system can be used as a remote system with which the diver inspects and records all his findings. Also the system can be used with the 150 m. umbilical and during the inspection the findings can be monitored on the surface and the diver can be guided.
