ENGLISH be the SEACSUB dealer from where the product was purchased. If this should be impossible, any other SEACSUB dealer, subject to authorization, may be author-
ized to
boat ship the defective product. In order for the warranty to be valid, the product must be accompanied by a copy of the store receipt, invoice, or other similar proof of purchase where the name of the authorized SEACSUB dealer and the date of purchase of the product are noted. If SEACSUB receives a product that:
- Is not accompanied by a proof of pur-chase document with the abovemen-
tioned characteristics- Has been subject to conditions that determine the extinction of the war-
ranty according to point 4 above- Presents defects due to causes that are external or other than those explicitly indicated in point 3 above- Has been used inappropriately and/or for purposes other than what the prod-
uct was intentionally designed for.Absolutely no intervention shall be made on the product and the sender or the author-
ized dealer will be notified immediately should these conditions be breached.
If the sender intends to have the inter-
vention carried out, he/she will transmit to SEACSUB, within the following fifteen days, a request stating so in which he/she shall explicitly agree to sustain all costs relative to the intervention itself. (labor, necessary replacement parts and shipping costs). Otherwise, SEACSUB will provide for the return of the product at the expense of the sender.
